One more person behind the screen talking about the loudness war. He is Bob Katz, who is known as an audio engineer known for his book Mastering Audio: The Art and the Science. Katz has won three Grammy Award winning album that is:
* 1985: Ben Kingsley, The Words of Gandhi
* 1997: Paquito D'Rivera, Portraits of Cuba
* 2001: Olga Tanon, Olga Viva, Viva Olga
Katz is also the owner of the system known as the K-Stereo and K-Surround. Katz has taught at the Institute of Audio Research 1978-1979. Then in 1988, Katz joined with Chesky Records and began recording msik genre of jazz with some classical artists, as well as generate oversampled commercial recordings. And in 1990, he founded a company called Digital Domain Mastering audio mastering, up to now.
