On his official website is written as follows:
FIT's not our intent to discourage aggressively limited records, They are a valid choice for creative artists. But today, most artists feel They have no other option than mastering Their records to be as loud as everybody else's. And everybody is doing this Pls Because everybody else is, who's Actually doing it Because They want to.

Because of this, it becomes a Turn Me Up, which was essentially a part of the persuasive action to stop the loudness war. And they have objectives, namely: to create an environment where artists feel comfortable making the will of creative choice to release a more dynamic record - without the fear of it being misunderstood by the consumer.

For more information, you can visit the site. namely http://turnmeup.org. After that, there will appear a form for those of you who want to participate in the fight against loudness war. They are in the process of formalizing the dynamics Establishing the criteria and certification system with a group of highly respected artists, producers, mixing engineers and mastering engineers. As follows:

Determining an objective method of measuring the dynamics of a record.

We're currently considering a measurement That Will be precise, scientific, and 100% repeatable. It will not be a subjective or interpretative measurement in any way.
Defining a level of dynamics That is considerably more dynamic than today's aggressively limited records, but not so quiet it Would not be an option for contemporary artists.

We're currently considering a level as dynamic as records were the resource persons in the pre-brickwall limiting the era of the late 80's and early 90's. These records were the resource persons not lacking for loudness, power or intensity, and Their dynamics retained a lot of the emotion and excitement of the original performances.

The Key Is that this level can not be just slightly more dynamic. To have any meaning or significance it must be distinctly more dynamic than today's records.
Establishing and putting into place a system to measure and certify records That would like to be Considered for Turn Me Up! certification.

We're currently considering a system That would make-mastering engineers the gatekeepers of Turn Me Up! Mastering engineers Could Become Turn Me Up! certified, the which would qualify Them to measure and certify whether a record meets the Turn Me Up! criteria. Could mastering facilities charge a small fee for Their time, and Provide this service to outside clients WHO do not have access to a Turn Me Up! certified mastering engineer.

Are you interested to restore the dynamics of the music? of course you should be interested, because a lot of media and organizations that support this and tried to remove the issue of loudness wars in the world.
